Processing Time

We aim to process all orders within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving them. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your items have been dispatched.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday) after shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as your location within the USA, courier schedules, and potential unforeseen delays.

During peak seasons (such as holidays) or due to unforeseen circumstances, shipping times may be slightly longer than our standard estimates.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping carriers to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Order Cancellation or Modification

BabyTomTom is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

We currently only offer shipping within the USA. We hope to expand our shipping options internationally in the future.

Note: When international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for all applicable customs fees, duties, taxes, and import charges. These additional fees vary by country and are not included in our shipping charges. We are not responsible for any customs-related delays or additional costs.
