How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days (MondayβFriday). After processing, delivery takes an additional 6 to 8 business days (MondayβFriday) once the order has been shipped.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. BabyTomTom is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you encounter any issues, contact us, and weβll do our best to assist.
What should I do if my package is delayed or lost during delivery?

While BabyTomTom is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the shipping error is on our side, we will correct the error.
